Delivery and pickup
Parcelpoint’s delivery service is called Parcelpool. It makes use of consolidated freight to keep shipping costs to a minimum; this also limits CO2 emissions.
When you book a delivery with Parcelpool, the recipient is given the option to select a nearby Parcelpoint location as their delivery address. There are over 1400 locations in Australia. Many people have one right in their neighborhood.
A Parcelpoint driver will arrive at your home, office or warehouse to collect your package. When the package is dropped off at the specified delivery point, an email notification is sent to the recipient, who can then pick up the package at a convenient time.
Packages are held at the Parcelpoint location for 14 days.
Transit time
Parcelpoint guarantees next day delivery for most customers in Sydney and Melbourne. Weekend delivery is available, as is 7am collection. All shipments are tracked using a Parcelpoint Tracking ID.
