Quick and easy booking service, pick up done on time with no issues and delivery as scheduled - all you need from courier service.

My item wasnt picked up on the original booked date and needed rebooking. Was picked up the following day. Other than that, it was a nice and smooth process using their online system for resolution, tracking was good and delivery was quick.

Arranged by buyer, all I had to do was print out label and package it up. Would prefer a more accurate collection time, but otherwise good.

Great pricing compared with other courier services, optional insurance, which some do not offer, prompt pickup and tracking.

This is only our first interaction with Fast courier. We have created an account now will try to use for further bookings to find out if we can get consistent service. So far the booking process was quite easy and the prices were very competitive. The only reason I have 4 start is because firstly we only had a single interaction with Fast courier and secondly there is always room for improvement. Such as discount to regular account holders and better customer service in case of an issue, which we have yet to experience. Thanks

I sent three consignments to different customers but was only given a tracking number for one . Otherwise the service and delivery times was excellent

The online booking was quick and easy to use, and clearly displayed the rates for various options. However although "pick up today" was offered online, the parcel wasn't actually picked up until the following day so missed the function it was intended for. But that said, pickup and delivery were eventually completed smoothly, and we received updates to confirm where things were up to, which was helpful. Would be happy to use the service again!

Couriers came on the day they said they would- collected my package and delivered it to Melbourne. So I was pleased having had poor experiences before with other couriers.

Pick up was actually earlier than scheduled, thankfully we were home. Delivery was prompt, better than 10 business days as quoted. Package was delivered but had been opened, and it was impossible to contact someone to understand why.

Order was picked up the day after originally stated but still fast service with reasonable rates.

"So the good news is my item got delivered within a decent timeframe. Customer service was very quick to respond and price was affordable.
However, the parcel had to be rebooked twice for pick-up and only after sending an email to ask what was happening did the parcel get picked up. After the parcel got picked up, it disappeared from my account and I was not able to track it. Again, after an email to customer service, I was informed that it was being processed. My client received the parcel after about 5 days. I did not receive any notification of the delivery and as mentioned before, was not able to track the parcel the entire time so I was a worried if it got lost in transit.
Overall, good service but needs better systemisation."
