However although "pick up today" was offered online, the parcel wasn't actually picked up until the following day so missed the function it was intended for. But that said, pickup and delivery were eventually completed smoothly, and we received updates to confirm where things were up to, which was helpful. Would be happy to use the service again!

"So the good news is my item got delivered within a decent timeframe. Customer service was very quick to respond and price was affordable.
However, the parcel had to be rebooked twice for pick-up and only after sending an email to ask what was happening did the parcel get picked up. After the parcel got picked up, it disappeared from my account and I was not able to track it. Again, after an email to customer service, I was informed that it was being processed. My client received the parcel after about 5 days. I did not receive any notification of the delivery and as mentioned before, was not able to track the parcel the entire time so I was a worried if it got lost in transit.
