"So the good news is my item got delivered within a decent timeframe. Customer service was very quick to respond and price was affordable.
However, the parcel had to be rebooked twice for pick-up and only after sending an email to ask what was happening did the parcel get picked up. After the parcel got picked up, it disappeared from my account and I was not able to track it. Again, after an email to customer service, I was informed that it was being processed. My client received the parcel after about 5 days. I did not receive any notification of the delivery and as mentioned before, was not able to track the parcel the entire time so I was a worried if it got lost in transit.
Overall, good service but needs better systemisation."
