		<description>This case has gone on too long without full resolvement!  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is time for people to start a campaign to help support the Black farmers involved in this suit.  This has been going on for decades without full closure.  Given the background of the case and the fact that the many of the farmers have already died without receiving full compensation it is time to push Congress into doing the right thing.</description>
