To declare Tiger Woods and the President of the U.S. as being Black is simply racist. True, both are said to have a Black parent, but that, in my opinion is Not enough to make them Black. It makes them something in terms of "race" but I don't think it makes them wholly Black. IThis can be said about All Blacks in America, in my opinion) Blacks are said to be Blacks because of the "one drop rule". That rules says something to the effect.."if a person has one drop of Black blood, then that person is Black." Sounds racist to me...

One thing might be said about President Obama...I think he is the only African American that I feel I know of. It's well documented that his father was African and his mother was an American...The question of whether he is Black, well, that's another issue in my opinion.

Tiger may have a point in not claiming to be Black....Does President lay claim to being Black? I don't think I've heard his declaration on that.
