Hate Crime Laws are cultural marxist, they seek to corrupt the prosecution of violent crime along politically correct, group affiliation, thought crimes programs.

The huge propaganda that Wyoming – a Red State can't be trusted to enforce laws against violent crimes because the people who live there are supposedly evil, racist, homophobic, gun nuts – that was the propaganda designed to push the Fed Hate Crimes Bill.

The reality is that Wyoming is a very safe state with very low rates of violent crime, especially murder. Wyoming ranked #47 in total murders (2005 stats) – with just 14 annual murders.

The truth is – gays and non Whites are not being murdered and terrorized in Wyoming and when a violent crime does occur, the criminal justice system works fine.

The murderers of Matthew Shepard were tried, convicted of murder, sentenced to life in prison.

In contrast – Chicago, where I live, where supposedly Barack Obama's policies are in place, we have terrible problems with violent crime – Chicago led the nation in total murders last year with over 500. My City of Chicago experiences 4 killings from gun shots (we have strict gun control laws that criminals ignore) on Thursday, same night the Fed Hate Crime bill was passed.

But, I guess us folks in Chicago shouldn't be too concerned with the murder and mayhem here, these killings don't meet the criteria of “Hate Crimes” – evil White people targeting PC protected victim groups because of motivations of “bias”. Chicago's murders aren't “Hate crimes” – what are they “love Crimes”?

Attorney General Eric Holder and all the power hungry corrupt PC folks in Washington should be force to live in high crime areas of Chicago, without secret service protection.

After a few weeks on the mean, real streets of Chicago, these liars/frauds will be begging to be sent to Wyoming.
