Please, please do start from the bottom up and have a segment on public housing "Where are the people" Public housing has displaceda pocket of black folks. Where are they? In the past Housing Authorities hired blacks as administrators, support staff and maintenance workers. Today things have changed. We as a people are finding it hard to get a apartment in public housing. Let's talk about the displacement of our people on the ground level then continue up with more global concerns.
