Former U.S. Rep. J.C. Watts says he will not run for governor in 2010.
Watts said his current business and contractural obligations create hurdles that he cannot overcome at this time in order to make a gubernatorial bid.
Watts had been considering seeking the Republican nomination. Rep. Mary Fallin and state Sen. Randy Brogdon are already in the race.
