		<description>Does this question imply that most of us have been successfully conditioned to believe being Black means you&#039;re inferior in comparison. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I do not recall any mass media inquiries  regarding competence of the Bushes or the Clintons,  specifically whether their being Caucasoid would make them a good or bad President of the U.S. A.   The human race too many pressing issues to perpetuate mind set. it&#039;s very dangerous.</description>
