First of all, anyone who has worked around addiction treatment facilities will tell you crack addiction does not descriminate by race, creed, economics or any other supposed yardstick. Crack addiction is a nationwide problem. Second of all the idea of crack addiction being a "disease" in the first place is a highly debated point and has been for some time.
