- An alumna of Wooster School fired from a foreign language teaching job at Wooster has filed a racial discrimination complaint against the private school, which has built a reputation for valuing diversity.
Michele Magana, 40, a black Danbury resident, filed the complaint with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, which confirmed that the complaint is an active case.
“As an alumna of the school, I just want justice for the way I was treated,” Magana said in a recent interview.
