- A Londonderry man claims he lost his job as manager of All Metals Industries’ Nashua plant earlier this year because he refused an order to stop hiring African-Americans.
Steven Kelley, of 2 Terrace Wood Road, filed suit against the Belmont-based company June 12 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Company officials declined to comment on the case Wednesday, but a lawyer representing the firm, Robert Dietz, of Laconia, issued a written statement asserting the company has an anti-discrimination policy and follows it. Dietz declined to comment on any of the specific allegations raised in the lawsuit.
